General Booking & Cancelation Policy
Bookings:
Appointments can be booked online, via txt, or in person.
30% of a non refundable, non transferable deposit of the total cost is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance paid in cash or electronically at time of appointment.
Cancellation:
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows and cancelations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee. Deposit is non refundable.
Everyone’s time is valuable, please be considerate of my time and police’s. Thank you for your understanding!
Hair
When booking a loc or braid style please arrive with hair clean and stretched (if you prefer no heat) or blow dried. Blow drying and wash must be discussed prior to appointment and is an additional fee of 30$. Braiding hair is not provided or included in the service fee. I prefer pre stretched, anti itch braiding hair. For Boho Inspired styles 1-3 bundles of deep wave human hair is required depending on the desired fullness of the style. Upon booking we can discuss how much hair and what kind of hair is necessary for braid style.
Beauty and Creative Space
